It is our belief that far too often the cause of Cerebral Palsy is medical negligence. An insurance plan that won't cover proper prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care, a doctor not willing to take the time necessary to deliver a healthy baby, a nurse not paying enough attention to the signs of trouble, and even the hospitol not providing the proper services to meet the circumstances of a delivery in trouble.
